What is a timed release print?
Prints are available for sale for a set amount of time. The edition size is determined by the number of prints sold during this period. Once the time expires, the print will no longer be available for purchase.
Can I track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when their order ships.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow approximately 6 weeks for order processing and delivery for domestic orders. Be aware that international orders sometimes encounter delays due to customs processing and factors beyond our control.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All U.S. domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx and international orders will be shipped via FEDEX International.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted. Payments by check are not accepted.
How are the prints packaged?
Prints 11x14 inches or smaller are shipped flat. Prints larger than 11x14 inches are shipped rolled in a heavy duty tube. Tubed prints are rolled in acid free kraft paper with glassine protecting the image side.
What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?
We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging. If your print is damaged, please contact amayagurpide@gmail.com.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
