What is a timed release print?

Timed release prints are available for a limited period of time. The final edition size is determined by the total number of prints sold during that window. Once the release period ends, the print will no longer be available for purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for processing and delivery for U.S. orders. International orders may take longer and can sometimes be delayed by customs or other factors beyond our control.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. International orders are shipped via FedEx International.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

All major credit cards are accepted. Payments by check are not accepted. 

How are the prints packaged?

Prints up to 11 x 14 inches are shipped flat. Prints larger than 11 x 14 inches are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty tube. Tubed prints are rolled in acid-free kraft paper with glassine protecting the image surface.

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging. If your print is damaged, please contact amayagurpide@gmail.com.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, email, and telephone number.

Will I have to pay customs fees or VAT for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
